The Case
A sentence of, inter alia, four years' imprisonment imposed upon a defendant who pleaded guilty to supplying a Class A drug was reduced, on appeal, to a sentence of three years' imprisonment on the ground that the sentence was unfairly disparate to those of the co-defendants in the case.
