Trust and trustee - Purchase of trust property by trustee - Ownership of property - Trustees of mosque agreeing to purchase share in property - Whether share bought using mosque funds.
Where, as in the instant case, an application was made for the continuation of an injunction pending trial, that application would be granted where there was no justified reason for the court to exercise its discretion against the applicant, and the balance of convenience lay in the applicant's favour.
