Damages - Personal injury - Loss of earnings - Claimant sustaining injuries whilst employed as a scaffolder - Claimant contending he would have re-established his own scaffolding company - Award of damages.
A fifty nine year old scaffolder who sustained serious personal injuries, was awarded 221,000 compensation in respect of his general damages, loss of earnings and other special damages.
