Building contract - Construction - Ambiguity - Contract requiring defendant to take out insurance - Whether policy obtained meeting contractual obligation.
A court ruled that, on the evidence, the insurance policy obtained by a defendant in purported compliance with an obligation under a contract for construction works did not in fact meet the requirements of the contractual obligation.
