Bankruptcy - Discharge - Effect of discharge - Meaning of 'fraud' - Whether undue influence within the meaning of fraud - .
On its true construction the word 'fraud' in of the Insolvency Act 1986 meant actual fraud. Undue influence was not within the meaning of 'fraud' for the purposes of subsection (3).
