The Case
On an application to continue a freezing injunction in proceedings brought against a company director for breach of his fiduciary duties, the court ruled on the evidence, the claimant had established a good arguable claim against the defendants which exceeded the sums protected by the freezing injunction and accordingly continued the injunction.
