Graham Collis is a Director of Conyers Dill & Pearman in Bermuda, specialising in corporate and commercial law. He received his business degree from the University of Toronto and his law degree from Oxford University. He was admitted to practice in England and Wales in 1987 and in Bermuda in 1991. Graham's practice covers corporate and commercial business with a particular focus on insurance, securities and financing. Graham advises borrowers and lenders on cross-border financing and also advises Bermuda insurance companies on all aspects of corporate and insurance law and other multinational groups on corporate relocations and restructuring. Graham is the co-author of the Bermuda chapter of Directors' Liability and Indemnification: A Global Guide (published by Globe Law & Business). He is recognized by Chambers Global, IFLR1000 and Legal 500 as a leader in the areas of corporate and finance and insurance/reinsurance.
