Ebony Alleyne


Ebonyâ??s practice covers all aspects of the law pertaining to construction disputes, commercial claims, and employment tribunal proceedings.

Ebony has dealt with complex high value litigation, arbitration and adjudication including defective work, termination and final account claims. She has experience of all standard form contracts and regularly appears in the Technology and Construction Court, County Court, High Court, Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

Before coming to the Bar, Ebony gained several years of hands-on commercial experience working in-house for Tyco International Ltd and for a niche development charity.

A confident and versatile advocate, Ebony is recognised for possessing commercial judgement beyond her years, and a persuasive manner in court and negotiations.
