William Charrington


William advises corporate clients, institutions and individuals on a wide range of contentious matters. His practice includes disputes arising out of commercial contracts, civil fraud, professional negligence and judicial review. He has experience of all stages of the litigation process from initial pre-action advice up to trial, and of alternative forms of dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation.

William has particular experience of acting in complex civil fraud disputes relating to banking. He advises on applications for interim relief including freezing and asset disclosure orders.
