James joined Kemp Little in December 2016, having trained at Travers Smith and graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Ancient & Modern History.
James offers pragmatic and tactical advice to both employers and employees throughout the lifecycle of employment. He has advised a wide range of companies on contentious and non-contentious matters. James works closely with his corporate and individual clients to help them manage and defend their legal position. James’ experience includes particular expertise advising on the employment aspects of business acquisitions, including TUPE, and providing immigration advice. James is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
