Beulah Allaway

Biography

Beulah is a Solicitor at Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP. She joined the firm in 2012 after working in the construction industry in a non-legal capacity. Since joining, she has worked within the firm’s property and governance and commercial departments before specialising in construction and public procurement law. She works within a team at Anthony Collins Solicitors that provides construction and procurement advice to the housing, local government, health and social care, education and social business sectors.

Beulah was co-author of “Social Value and Public Procurement: A Legal Guide” being supplementary guidance to Richard Macfarlane’s 2014 report “Tackling Poverty through Public Procurement” for the Joseph Rowntree Foundation.
