Larry Cattle#791

Mr Larry Cattle

Managing Director
Larry Cattle is an experienced business development and marketing professional and has worked in senior positions with law firms for over 10 years, including Bird & Bird, Collyer Bristow, Dewey & LeBoeuf, and Bevan Brittan. After gaining a classic marketing background in his early career with Unilever, he moved into financial services, most notably with NatWest Bank. Larry has been consulting with mid-sized law firms over the last 6 years, particularly in the fields of strategy, pitching for business, brand development and client relationship development. He also provides training and coaching services. A keen advocate of the value of coffee meetings in business, Larry is the creator of an award winning BD initiative that is becoming very popular among his clients (awarded The Law Society's Excellence in Marketing and Business Development award 2011 for Project Connect). The idea is to get fee earners to generate more coffee meetings than usual amongst an agreed target list. The outcome is that many who are not usually noted for BD become engaged with it and additional fees are generated.
