Aimee Brookes

Aimee is an associate in the Competition team at Bristows LLP.

Aimee specialises in EU and UK competition law and advises across a spectrum of issues, with an interest in the competition / intellectual property interface. She has worked with clients in various sectors including pharmaceuticals, IT, interactive entertainment and telecommunications.

Aimee has particular experience in contentious antitrust and she has represented clients in high-value damages claims in the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal. Aimee's experience includes a number of cross-jurisdictional matters, and she has recently assisted with the competition and FRAND aspects of a telecommunications patent dispute and continues to assist on abuse of dominance claims in the TMT sector.
