Lucy Kerr is a senior associate in the Regulatory and White Collar Crime team at RPC.  Lucy specialises in defending clients involved in enforcement actions taken by regulatory bodies, in particular, the Financial Conduct Authority and the Financial Reporting Council.  Lucy advises large financial services firms, including banks, private equity houses and asset managers, as well as individuals including C level executives, compliance heads and auditors in their individual capacities that are subject to regulatory investigations.

Lucy also has experience of conducting internal investigations for corporates, including recent investigations into bribery allegations and market abuse and an investigation into the breach of FCA regulatory permissions by an investment management firm.  Lucy has also acted on an FCA appointed Skilled Person review of a high street bank regarding the misselling of interest rate hedging products.
