David Brammer

Biography

David is a highly experienced planning solicitor and a Legal Associate of the Royal Town Planning, specialising in planning, environmental and compulsory purchase law. He represents developers, educational institutions, lenders and individuals in a wide range of development-related issues, including planning enforcement and litigation.
 
David previously worked in local government and qualified as a solicitor in 1989. More recently, he worked at DLA Piper LLP and was a partner and head of planning and environmental law at SGH Martineau from 2013, before joining Lanyon Bowdler as Partner and Head of Planning in June 2015.

David regularly speaks to planning experts at seminars and conferences, and has had numerous articles published concerning planning law. David is a member of the Law Society and the Compulsory Purchase Association.
