Dil-Veer Kang
Dil-veer is an Associate in the Financial Services Regulatory team at CMS and advises FinTech firms (ranging from start-ups to established firms), banks, investment firms, insurance intermediaries, and insurers on a range of complex UK and EU regulatory matters.
Recent work has involved structuring and establishing a variety of new FinTech entities, advising on a range of payment services and electronic money related issues, and providing advice and support on Brexit (and associated issues) to a number of large financial services institutions.
