Pierre-Louis Périn

Pierre-Louis Périn is an attorney at law specialising in corporate law. After ten years in the legal departments of financial and industrial groups (Peugeot Citroën, Thomson, AXA), Pierre-Louis became a lawyer and is a member of the Paris bar.

He has been a partner at the firms Deloitte (2000-2001), King and Woods Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin) (2001-2017) and Reed Smith (2017-2019).
 
Pierre-Louis is the editor of France Invest's 'Best Practices Guide for Venture Capital' (2010, 2019). He is the co-author of a reference book on corporate law (société par actions simplifiée) (7th edition in preparation).  He is an affiliate professor at Sciences Po Law School and gives lectures at HEC, Insead and Universities.
