Jonathan Cary
Jonathan advises financial institutions, corporates and individuals in relation to enforcement actions by various English, Hong Kong and Asian regulators (in particular, the FCA and the FRC in the UK and the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong) and in related internal investigations.
Jonathan has been involved in some of the largest and most high profile regulatory matters in recent years, including the multi-jurisdictional enforcement action against Aon relating to payments to intermediaries, the FCA's report into the failure of Royal Bank of Scotland and the 'Sons and Daughters' investigation in relation to the hiring practices of certain investment banks in Hong Kong.
