Lucy Boyle

Lucy completed pupillage and practised as a tenant at a civil chambers in London before moving into private practice and working in the Benefits, Compensation and Employment team of an internationally renowned US law firm.

Lucy is currently an Associate Director (employed barrister) within Deloitte's Incentives and Reward practice. Her practice focuses primarily on private markets and financial services, particularly asset management and funds. In addition to advising on equity-based incentives and regulatory issues, Lucy advises on related tax and corporate matters. Her clients include private equity houses, international banks, public companies and emerging companies.
