Chris Boylan


Chris is a financial regulatory lawyer with broad experience operating at the intersection of technology and the financial sector. He has experience of advising financial institutions on all aspects of UK and EU financial regulation, focusing on both the wholesale and retail sectors. His work includes advising on benchmarks, outsourcing, systems and controls, conduct of business, capital requirements, market abuse, financial promotions, consumer credit, payment services, e-money and money laundering.

Prior to joining Kemp Little Chris worked for the UK Debt Management Office, where he gained extensive experience in all aspects of capital markets, advising on the effects of various legislative provisions on all market participants.
