Imogen Garner

Imogen Garner is a UK and EU financial services law and regulation lawyer based in London, and leads NRF's asset management regulatory practice. Her clients are based in the EU and globally. Outside of the asset and wealth management sphere, Imogen's financial institutions clients include significant global banking institutions.

Imogen has worked within the UK's Financial Services Authority (as it then was), where she advised HM Treasury on the EU's Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive and has advised governments on the development of their own legislative frameworks. In the sphere of ESG, she has led the development of ESG Insight (an NRF online hub focussed on ESG for asset managers and other financial institutions) and participates in the ESG Executive Committee of TISA (a leading UK asset management industry trade body).
