Andrew Wylie, Solicitor

Andrew Wylie is a solicitor who has been a partner in City law firms for over 10 years and has a Master of Arts degree from the University of Cambridge.

Andrew advises on the full spectrum of funds work, including the structuring and establishment of funds, fund restructuring (contentious and non-contentious), advice to potential investors in funds and advice about fund structured products.

Andrew's clients range from the managers of hedge funds, private equity funds and real estate funds to family offices, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds.

He also advises on most types of investment funds, including debt funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds and structured products, as well as FCA authorised funds.

Andrew has a wealth of international experience and has advised about private funds in all major fund jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, the USA, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, the Middle East, the Cayman Islands and the Channel Islands.

Andrew is a member of the Cambridge Land Economy Advisory Board which provides support and advice to the Department of Land Economy at the University of Cambridge.
