Biography

Called in 1997, Lorna accepts instructions in all aspects of family law.  She has represented married and cohabiting parties, at all levels of the financial spectrum, and assisted them in financial proceedings arising out of the breakdown of their relationship.
She has frequently acted in Children Act 1989 cases in both private and public law matters.  Lorna has extensive experience in representing vulnerable clients and strives to ensure that their needs are fully met and they understand the court process as much as possible. Hostile /intractable contact disputes have been a common feature of her practice.
Lorna contributed to the private children law sections of LexisPSL Family.
