Matthew Weaver

Matthew is an established chancery and commercial practitioner with a particular specialism in insolvency. His practice covers all aspects of insolvency law, both corporate and personal, as well as company law and commercial dispute resolution. He has significant expertise in advising office holders in carrying out their duties as well as acting for and against insolvency practitioners on interim applications and full trials. His company law practice includes s.994 petitions, shareholder disputes, corporate security issues and director's duties. His commercial dispute resolution work includes contractual disputes and professional liability claims.
