Marcus Bonnell


Marcus is a regulatory lawyer advising on non-contentious and contentious matters in the field of financial services regulation. Marcus helps clients with all matters including perimeter issues, authorisation applications, supervisory queries, enforcement investigations, and internal investigations. Before RPC Marcus worked at PwC and before that he worked at the Financial Services Authority where he was a Legal Adviser to the Regulatory Decisions Committee and a lawyer in the Enforcement Division.

Marcus is also an experienced business crime defence lawyer, representing clients involved in bribery and corruption, money laundering, insider dealing, fraud and extradition issues.

Marcus is a trained and qualified barrister.
