Meghan is an Associate solicitor at Ganguin Samartin. She specialises in all aspects of UK economic/business immigration and nationality law as well as complex European free movement applications.
She trained with the niche City firm Laura Devine Solicitors and has been working in corporate immigration for over 10 years. After qualifying she moved to Mishcon de Reya where she gained particular experience working with HNWIs. Meghan worked with Karen Sturtivant in the West End where she was Senior Associate and responsible for a full range of immigration services for corporate and private clients alike. She joined Ganguin Samartin in January 2017 from Healys, where she headed the London office UK Immigration Team.
Meghan is an active member of the Immigration Law Practioners’ Association and has previously served as Secretary and Trustee on its Committee of Trustees. She regularly provides training and advice seminars to other immigration practitioners through her work with ILPA.
She has been commended for her work by Who’s Who Legal and was one of their Brexit Thought Leaders.
