Laura joined LexisNexis® in February 2011 as an In-house, Risk & Compliance Specialist. She is an experienced risk and compliance professional, having advised across various professional sectors.
Prior to joining LexisNexis, Laura was Risk & Compliance Manager at Collyer-Bristow LLP, where she established the R&C function; a central department commanding a significant budget. She sat on the firm’s management team, chaired the Quality Committee and worked closely with all levels of the business.
Laura also previously worked as a regulatory consultant in the financial services sector, and spent three years assisting a leading commercial Silk on various publications and some high-profile commercial litigation.
Laura has a particular interest in financial crime prevention, legal professional privilege, negligence, crisis and risk management and competition law compliance.
