Daniel Bishop


Daniel has a broad practice across the spectrum of media, communications and information law, acting for both claimants and defendants. Daniel has a keen interest in the impact of online disinformation on public trust and confidence on journalism and social media platforms.

Daniel provides pre-publication advice to national newspapers including The Guardian, The Sun and The Times.

Before practising at the Bar, Daniel worked at a leading commercial law firm advising on clean energy and energy storage projects, something which he retains a personal interest in.
