Frank Schlobach

Frank specialises in banking, finance and capital markets. He advises on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including mezzanine and other subordinated debt financings, corporate loans, infrastructure financings, real estate financings, high yield bond issues and financial restructurings. Frank's clients include private equity houses, corporates and financial institutions. Frank joined Gleiss Lutz in 2012. From 2005-2006, he worked at a leading US law firm and from 2007-2012, a leading UK law firm in Frankfurt, where he was seconded to its London office in 2011/2012.
