Raquel is a well established and respected practitioner with over 20 years of experience. One peer stated that her 'greatest strength is that she understands the nuts and bolts of how corporate groups and insolvencies work on the ground - she has a natural understanding and finds it easy to talk to insolvency practitioners.' Agnello is strong on both pensions and insolvency law, and has done some important work for the Pensions Regulator. (Insolvency ' Chambers UK 2013).

She has a strong record in insolvency litigation, being respected for her expertise as well as her extremely commercial approach to problem areas.
