Caroline Bielanska

Biography

Caroline is Chief Executive and former Chair of Solicitors for the Elderly, an organisation she helped to found in 1999. She sits on the STEP Mental Capacity Special Interest Group Committee. She sits on the Office on the Public Guardian’s Stakeholders’ Foras and Court of Protection User’s Group and was involved in the preparation of the 2009 Lasting Power of Attorney forms and ancillary guidance. She was a member of the Court of Protection Rules Review Commitee.She provides consultancy for law firms on an independent basis.
