Cristiana Rossetti
Cristiana is an Italian qualified lawyer with several years’ experience as an in-house in multinational companies and as a professional support lawyer at Withers LLP. Since joining LexisNexis® in 2013, she has further specialised in a wide range of life sciences regulatory matters, including the EU and UK regulation of medicinal products and medical devices. She previously gained expertise ranging from corporate transactions, such as cross-border acquisitions, reorganisations and joint ventures, to a number of IP and IT matters, which include trade mark protection and disputes, patents and design protection, confidentiality and know-how agreements. Throughout her legal studies and career she has also acquired valuable knowledge of general international commercial law, and matters related to EU law.
