Joanna Bhatia
Joanna qualified in 1995 and has extensive experience of all aspects of non-contentious property transactions, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work and investment acquisitions and disposals. Prior to joining Lexis®PSL, Joanna qualified at Shoosmiths and subsequently worked at Nabarro, Charles Russell, Bircham Dyson Bell and Pemberton Greenish. Her clients included a wide range of high-profile institutional investors, landlords and tenants, retailers and other property companies.
Joanna has been contributing to the development of Lexis®PSL since December 2008. In addition to writing for Lexis®PSL, she has contributed to the New Law Journal and Butterworths Property Law Newsletter. She has also appeared on Talking Law videocasts providing legal updates on property law.
