Phillip specialises in all aspects of family law with a particular emphasis on complex financial cases, often with an international element. He has extensive experience in cases involving children disputes and also advises unmarried couples in relation to cohabitation issues and prenuptial agreements.
Phillip qualified in 2004 with Addleshaw Goddard before joining Pannone in 2007. He regularly writes for legal and non-legal publications on family law issues, including online support tools for other family lawyers, for whom he also regularly delivers lectures.
Phillip is a member of Resolution. He sits on the committee of Young Resolution (Manchester) for whom he helps organise regular training for junior family lawyers.
Phillip contributed to the LexisPSL Family sections on disclosure, expert evidence and consent orders.
