Solicitor (non-practising) who specialises in civil procedure, costs and employment law. BA(Hons) Law, and Sweet and Maxwell prizeman. Legal speaker who addresses thousands of practitioners every year. 

Adviser to Sir Rupert Jackson on aspects of law reform 2010-2018. Special adviser to the Association of Costs Lawyers. Advised the UK government on Employment Tribunal Funding. 

â??New Law Journalâ?? columnist and regular contributor to â??Litigation Fundingâ??. Occasional contributor to Channel 4 â??Dispatchesâ??.
