Charlotte Razay


Charlotte is a litigator in Michelmores agricultural team. Her practice involves advising on agricultural property disputes; including landlord and tenant, farming partnership disputes, proprietary estoppel claims, possession claims, rights of way, trust disputes and contractual disputes.

Charlotte acts for individual farmers, farming businesses, estates and tenant farmers.

Charlotte achieved her first ranking in Chambers and Partners 2018 labelled as an Associate to watch. She has been described by sources as "very reliable and dependable, she's very switched-on and she's on top of the facts."
