Helen Randall
Helen has been long recognised by the Legal 500 and Chambers as a national leading expert in several legal areas including public procurement, local government law, administrative and public law, education and PPPs. The Legal 500 praised Helen's 'forensic' approach combined with 'genuine creativity'. Helen chaired the New Local Government Network, was on Sir Ian Byatt's Procurement Taskforce and The Guardian's Public Leaders' Network.
