Rudi Ramdarshan


Rudi Ramdarshan is a Partner and accredited mediator specialising in commercial and property litigation. He is cited as a Leading Individual in the Legal 500 2019 rankings in the field of Property Litigation, with the directory stating that he â??brings extraordinary judgment to complex commercial issues'.  

Rudiâ??s practice includes 1954 Act highly contested lease renewal proceedings, forfeiture and applications for relief, commercial rent reviews and dilapidation disputes â?? often against prime retail companies.  

Rudi has been involved in the leading authorities for issues concerning withdrawal of notice of discontinuance in the context of 1954 Act litigation, as well as several successful strike out and summary judgment applications arising out of ground (f) of section 30 (1) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. Recent significant cases which he has been involved with include:
