Andrew Prowse

Andrew is a corporate tax partner. He advises companies and business owners on the full gamut of corporate tax, with a special emphasis on M&A transactions, business transfers, joint ventures, company reorganisations, inward investment and venture capital investment. He is both a Solicitor and a Chartered Tax Adviser, and sits on the tax expert panel of the Quoted Companies Alliance Tax Expert Group and represents the Employee Ownership Association on the HM Revenue & Customs Sub-Committee on the implementation of FATCA in the UK.
