Bradley Phillips


Bradley is a tax lawyer and now part of the PwC Financial Services tax team having previously spent over 20 years at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP  in their Tax Group. 
During his career, Bradley has specialised in corporate tax work, in particular, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, demergers, securitisations and investment funds. He is also experienced in tax litigation work having acted in a number of cases before the tax and higher courts.  At PwC he is now particularly focussed on advising asset managers and investment funds. 
Bradley has previously served as Chair of the City of London Law Society Revenue Law Committee.
