Keziah Pearson
Keziah specialises in Regulatory and Professional Disciplinary work for multiple regulatory bodies. She often deals with complex or high profile investigations, some of which are multi-registrant and/or multi-patient.
Although Keziah predominantly prosecutes on behalf of regulatory bodies, she also undertakes defence matters (against the Health and Care Professions Council, General Chiropractic Council and General Medical Council).
Keziah undertook her training contract with legacy firm Blake Lapthorn undertaking seats in: Professional Regulatory; Property Litigation (3 months) Commercial Litigation (3 months); Residential Property (3 months) Residential & Commercial Property Banking Project (3 months); and a secondment with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
Prior to her training contract, Keziah worked as an in-house legal assistant for a global payroll technology provider working on internal contracts. She also worked as a paralegal in Professional Regulatory.
