Marlene Wimmer Nistelberger
Marlene Wimmer-Nistelberger joined CMS in 2014 and works in the department for EU competition law and public law. Besides other areas of law, she is experienced in tender procedures in line with the Notice on the Notion of Aid and advice regarding various state aid matters (currently especially in relation to the expansion of broadband infrastructure); Marlene was best marked in her LL.M. specialism "International Business Law" at Queen Mary University of London.
