Will Nash

Biography

Will advises companies and senior individuals across a wide range of sectors including retail, sports and financial services. He advises on all employee related issues including business sales, restructurings and complex disciplinary and grievance procedures. Will has also advised on trade union recognition and industrial relations, and has participated in direct negotiations with unions. Will has extensive experience of all forms of litigation in both the Tribunal and High Court, including high value discrimination claims and injunctive proceedings.

Will's clients include major high street retailers, a formula one team, national food suppliers, leading US law firms and asset management businesses. Will has also advised Premier League football clubs on player, manager and staff contracts; a football manager on the terms of his employment with and departure from a top 10 Premier League club; and the Chairman of a Championship football club.

Will regularly speaks at conferences, including delivering sessions at an international HR conference in New York for the past two years. He also frequently contributes to publications, including being quoted in the national press.
