Stephen Murch


Stephenâ??s practice ranges from rights of way and boundary disputes to the ownership of the homes of unmarried couples and from leasehold enfranchisement to commercial leases. He also has substantial experience of the law relating to markets. Although more at home in the civil courts, he has successfully represented clients in the Magistratesâ?? Court faced with allegations of statutory nuisance under the Environmental Protection Act 1990. His clients include national property companies and supermarkets through to local authorities, small businesses and private individuals.
