Daniel Moris

Daniel works in the Antitrust-Fair Competition and Economic Regulation practice group of FerradaNehme. Daniel also has experience in the field of international trade and the World Trade Organization's rules application. During his studies he held a position as Teacher Assistant in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and Civil Law courses in the Law School, Universidad de Chile until today. He is co-author of the undergraduate thesis for being eligible as Bachelor Degree in Legal and Social Sciences, entitled 'El futuro de la hipoteca inversa en Chile' (The future of reverse mortgage in Chile), one of the few works in Chile on such matter, and the first one to address its fundamental legal aspects from the common law viewpoint.
