Georgia Bedworth

Georgia's practice encompasses litigation, drafting and advisory work across the full range of chancery and chancery commercial matters. A significant part of her practice involves dealing with all aspects of landlord and tenant law and real property issues.

Georgia is the joint author of the third edition of Rossdale, Probate and Administration of Estates (Legalese, 2006) and contributes to the Lawyers' Remebrancer and Tolley's Inheritance Tax Planning, the first edition of which was nominated as the STEP private client book of the year.

In addition, Georgia is one of the joint authors of Tolley's Trusts and Estate Practitioner's Guide to Mental Capacity. She has also written articles for the Solicitors' Journal and the Landlord and Tenant Review on various aspects of landlord and tenant and real property cases.
