Ross Beaton

Biography

I have a growing practice in all of chambers’ main areas of specialisation i.e. personal injury and clinical negligence, property and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on personal injury work. I appear in Court across the country several days a week, and also have a busy paperwork practice for both Claimants and Defendants.

Outside chambers, I chair the board of governors of a London primary school and I volunteer for IPSEA, assisting parents with Tribunal appeals concerning EHC plans for children with special educational needs and concerning disability discrimination by schools against children with SEN. I also have experience of handling appeals against exclusion from school.
