George McPherson

George McPherson specialises in commercial litigation and advisory work, including banking, commercial fraud, aviation, insurance and company law. He is frequently instructed as junior counsel in major commercial litigation and as a sole advocate in the High Court and County Court. He has acted successfully alone in the Court of Appeal and has been judicially praised in the High Court for his "interesting and attractive arguments": Trident Turboprop (Dublin) Ltd v First Flight Couriers Ltd [2008] 2 Lloyd's Rep 581.
