Clare Maurice is the Senior Partner of Maurice Turnor Gardner. Her main specialism is international tax and estate planning for UK and non-UK domiciled individuals and families with complex assets located in many jurisdictions, looking for solutions to the tax and structural challenges of global wealth. She also advises both resident and non-UK resident trustees. Her specialist charity law practice covers advice on how to establish and run charities, including business activities associated with charities.

Memberships, professional activities and publications
Clare was Chairman of Barts and the London Charity for eight years until March 2009 and in October 2011 was appointed Chairman of the charity Co-ordinated Action Against Domestic Abuse. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and was elected a member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law in 2001 and an International Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel in 2011. She sits as a non-executive Director of Symm Group Limited.
