Biography

Daniel is ranked in the top band of juniors in Chambers UK for Chancery: Commercial and in Chambers Global for Dispute Resolution: Commercial Chancery and is a member of the Attorney General’s A Panel of counsel (whose members deal with the most complex government litigation). He undertakes a broad range of work within the commercial chancery field, including property litigation, company and insolvency litigation, professional negligence litigation and professional disciplinary proceedings, trusts, charities and succession disputes and tax litigation.
